Originally from New Haven, Connecticut, Sally Winter studied at Southern Connecticut State University, and in Rome, Italy. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola University in New Orleans, where she graduated with honors. Sally moved to Hawaii to pursue a life of Aloha, earning her real-estate license in 1980. She has been involved in real estate most of her life, by way of her own investment portfolio; and by helping her family with commercial, residential, and business ventures.

Before coming to Drake Properties, Sally was marketing head and project coordinator for another organization with hundreds of lease-to-fee sales, conversions of apartments and co-ops to condominiums, construction of single family homes, and investing and general brokerage sales and listings. Sally's experience, personal enjoyment, drive, and creativity in all aspects of the business of home ownership and future security in real estate have earned her many accolades.

In her spare time, Sally is a professional artist, painting in oils and watercolors. Many of her pieces are held in private and business collections.
