Kathy Tatsuno, who was born and raised on Oahu, grew up on the Windward side of the Island in Kaneohe. She obtained an Associate’s Degree in Secretarial Science in 1975. 

Kathy worked at the Head Start office as secretary to the Head Start Director; then joined the Bank of Hawaii Real Estate Loan Division as secretary to the vice president and manager of the Interim Construction Loan Department. 

After many dedicated years at the Bank of Hawaii, Kathy took a leave of absence to raise her young children. She re-entered the work force as secretary with Huffman and Drake, Inc., now known as Drake Properties, Inc. Kathy pursued a full-time career in real estate in 1988; and earned her Real Estate Broker’s license in 1994. Kathy’s specialty is Property Management, and is one of the Directors of the Property Management Division at Drake Properties for over 20 years now.

Outside of real estate, Kathy is able to find some time for fun too. You can find her cross-stitching, riding her horses, and spending quality time with her fur babies.
